Job Title: Automotive Service Manager

Colony Tire in Kingsport, TN is currently seeking a full-time Automotive Service Manager to join our team! Our associates work for competitive, unlimited pay. Summary:

The Automotive Service Manager assists the store manager including planning, leading and advising of all store employees to attain the store’s financial goal, to maintain company standards and to develop an environment which is conducive to accomplishing corporate goals. The Service Manager has proven performance in service sales volume and customer satisfaction, that can improve sales, profitability and efficiency.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist manager in the daily operations of the store – run the store in the manager’s absence.
• Customer interaction, both in selling and customer service
• Oversee the unloading of trucks and be responsible for verifying the delivery.
• Distribute work to technicians to ensure the shop is running efficiently.
• Explain, sell products and needed repairs to customers in a friendly, understandable manner
• Leading, training and motivating service team

Education:

Minimum qualifications include: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred.
