Atlantic Tire Distributors is seeking a Corporate Office Administrator to manage administrative operations with a focus on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment and be skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
• Gather and organize employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reports.
• Utilize data analysis to improve hiring efficiency and operational processes.
• Support office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
• Assist leadership with data-driven insights for strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  1. Power Query & Data Cleaning – Transforming raw data for meaningful insights.
  2. Pivot Tables & Data Visualization – Creating dynamic reports and dashboards.
  3. Advanced Formulas & Functions – Including INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
  4. Data Validation & Conditional Formatting – Ensuring data accuracy and enhancing readability.
  5. What-If Analysis & Scenario Modeling – Using Solver, Goal Seek, and Data Tables for forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data for process improvement and strategic planning.
