Atlantic Tire Distributors is seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple distribution centers within our region. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic operational plans designed to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations of multiple distribution centers in the region.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer service.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management and optimize supply chain logistics.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting operational expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of tire distribution experience required.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving performance targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
